12일(현지시간) 벨기에 브뤼셀에서 유로존 재무장관회의(유로그룹)가 열리기 직전 유로그룹 의장인 장 클로드 융커(오른쪽) 룩셈부르크 총리가 루이스 데 귄도스(가운데) 스페인 재무장관의 목을 조르고 있다. 옆에 있는 얀 케이스 드 예거 네덜란드 재무장관이 놀란듯한 표정을 짓고 있다. 사실 융커 의장은 귄도스 장관을 만난 게 반가워 이같은 행동을 했고 곧 회의장은 웃음바다가 됐다. 유로그룹 17개국은 이날 그리스에 대한 2차구제금융 프로그램을 결정하는 한편 스페인의 재정문제 등 장기적인 쟁점에 대해 논의했다.
