Korean Air Lines Co. recently unveiled its plans to offer a new, full-course traditional Korean meal, known as hanjeongsik, to its first-class passengers on long-distance flights starting 2014.“The new in-flight meal service incorporates the richness of traditional Korean meals that have been tastefully adapted to satisfy the needs of people from all over the world,” said Korean Air Vice President Cho Hyun-ah.
