Jejuair is giving aviation job seekers a chance to speak directly with current employees — including pilots, cabin crew and mechanics — and hear firsthand about the hiring process and what the work actually involves, through one-on-two consultations and career talks.

The airline announced Tuesday it will take part in the 2026 Aviation Industry Career Expo in Busan, running Wednesday through Thursday at Bexco's second exhibition hall in Haeundae-gu.

Jejuair will operate a dedicated consultation booth at the venue, staffed by employees from its flight operations, cabin crew, maintenance and general administration divisions. Each session pairs one employee with two job seekers for a discussion covering job duties and the recruitment process.

On Wednesday, the first day, a separate recruitment information session will also be held. The head of Jejuair's talent development team is set to introduce the company, its ideal candidate profile and the hiring process.

A current Jejuair cabin crew member who previously worked as an idol will then take the stage to share her own path into aviation, including her experience going through the airline's interview process.

The recruitment session and the "Aviation Stories" talk are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday on the main stage on the first floor of Bexco's second exhibition hall.

Jejuair also plans to run an SNS follow event for visitors who stop by the consultation booth during the expo.

"We joined this expo so that job seekers preparing for careers in aviation can communicate directly with current employees and get their questions about the work and the hiring process answered," a Jejuair official said. "We will continue to actively engage with the talent who will lead the future of the aviation industry through a variety of recruitment programs."
