Hanwha's construction division has unveiled Grand Flow, a new landscaping design for the entrance spaces of Hanwha Forena residential complexes. The concept centers on a design wall that separates the entry area from the complex interior while blocking outside noise and sightlines, delivering a differentiated brand experience.

The company announced the Grand Flow design on Wednesday. It will be applied sequentially, beginning with Hanwha Forena Jije Station, which is slated for pre-sale in the second half of this year.

Grand Flow was conceived to broaden the conventional perception of a complex entrance and allow residents and visitors to feel the distinct Hanwha Forena brand identity from the moment they arrive.

Its defining feature is a clear separation between the entry area and the complex interior. A design wall standing roughly 3 meters tall screens out external noise and unwanted sightlines, while the passage through it is designed to evoke a sense of grandeur.

Along the outer side of the design wall, restrained plantings open up the space, while the inner side features lush greenery that creates a markedly different landscape from the exterior.

The design wall structure also incorporates a dedicated drop-off zone. Built as a self-contained space, it allows visitors and families with young children to arrive and depart safely and conveniently even in rain or snow.

Directly in front of the entrance path, a water feature connects to the design wall and serves as a visual link between the outside and the interior of the complex, framing views of key spaces such as the central plaza and teahouse like a scene within a picture frame.

"The complex entrance is the starting point of the brand experience — the first thing residents and visitors encounter," said Kim Min-seok, head of the architectural project division at Hanwha's construction division. "Forena Grand Flow will set a new standard for landscaping design in apartment complexes."

Hanwha's construction division has been reinforcing its brand competitiveness this year by rolling out a new exterior design called Forena Vista and an integrated gate and entrance design called Forena Journey for its Hanwha Forena line.
