Kumho Engineering & Construction announced Wednesday that it will open a model home for Hyeonggok Central Atera, a new apartment complex in Hyeonggok-dong, Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, on Friday, launching pre-sales in earnest.
Hyeonggok Central Atera is being developed through the Hyeonggok 3rd Jugong apartment reconstruction project. The complex will rise from two below-ground floors to 29 above-ground floors across seven buildings, totaling 770 units, of which 135 units with an exclusive use area of 59 square meters will be offered in the general pre-sale.
By unit type, the general pre-sale comprises 106 units of the 59A1 type and 29 units of the 59A2 type, split between 74 units under special supply and 61 units under general supply.
Hyeonggok-dong, where the complex will be located, offers well-established lifestyle infrastructure including schools, hagwon, commercial districts, Gumi CHA Hospital and Gumi City Central Library. Its proximity to Hyeonggok Neighborhood Park and Geumosan also promises a pleasant residential environment.
The project is notable as the first new apartment supply in Hyeonggok-dong in roughly a decade and the first application of Kumho Engineering & Construction's residential brand Atera in Gumi.
The 59-square-meter units available in the general pre-sale feature a four-bay, three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with a cross-ventilation design, along with a walk-in closet and entryway storage to maximize space efficiency.
Alongside this, the complex will be equipped with a smart home system, an unmanned parcel delivery system, a standby-power cutoff integrated switch and energy-saving Low-E double-pane windows.
"Hyeonggok Central Atera combines the rich lifestyle infrastructure of Hyeonggok-dong with the product quality of the Atera brand," a pre-sales official said. "With practical floor plans, ample parking and a variety of community facilities, we expect strong interest from end-user buyers."
Apartment subscriptions for Hyeonggok Central Atera open Monday with special supply, followed by first-priority subscriptions on Nov. 10 and second-priority on Nov. 11. Successful applicants will be announced on Nov. 17, with contract signings running from Nov. 30 through Dec. 2.
Move-in is scheduled for December 2028.
The Hyeonggok Central Atera model home is located in Gwangpyeong-dong, Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province.
