Hana Securities announced Tuesday the launch of "ETF Moeugi," an ETF accumulation service for retirement pension accounts, available on its new mobile trading system (MTS) "Hana Securities V."

The service allows users to make regular purchases of ETFs, ETNs and real estate investment trusts through defined contribution (DC) and individual retirement pension (IRP) accounts. Users can set their preferred investment products, purchase amounts and frequency — daily, weekly or monthly — with automatic purchases carried out according to the conditions they specify.

The service eliminates the need to decide on the timing and placement of each order, while letting users build a portfolio of multiple products tailored to their individual investment preferences and goals, distributing pension assets accordingly.

Users can also check their investment status and order history at a glance. The same service is available for personal pension savings accounts.

Alongside the new service, Hana Securities has strengthened the pension management features on its MTS. The "MY Pension Assets" menu allows users to view consolidated pension assets across financial institutions and check ETF balances in real time.

An AI-powered personalized pension management service called "AI Pension Pro" offers customized portfolio recommendations and suggested products, while a tax-saving guide lets users estimate expected tax refunds based on their pension account contributions.

"ETF Moeugi is a service that reduces risk while improving long-term returns, offering a more convenient and efficient way to manage pension assets," said Kim Seung-gyun, head of Hana Securities' pension business division. "We will continue to expand our differentiated pension management services."

Hana Securities ranked first among securities firms in DC and IRP returns as of the third quarter, and has been recognized as a top-10-percent provider for four consecutive years in the non-principal-guaranteed returns category of the retirement pension operator evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

Hana Securities is also holding its first youth financial idea competition to uncover creative ideas for improving financial services and support young people seeking careers in the financial sector. Proposals can be submitted through the company's recruitment website until 5 p.m. on Nov. 30.
