Big Hit Music, the agency of K-pop group Tomorrow X Together (TXT), has vowed to "take firm legal action without any leniency or settlement" as malicious and false posts about the group continue to spread online.

In a notice posted Thursday on the TXT community page of fan platform Weverse, Big Hit Music said it had previously refrained from issuing separate statements on false rumors and malicious posts to avoid inadvertently amplifying them. "However, we have determined that malicious rumors and posts intended to defame the artists ahead of their comeback have reached a serious level," the agency said, adding that it would take additional measures to protect the artists' rights.

Big Hit Music said the artists' personal rights are being seriously violated and that it is responding strictly to malicious posts across all channels, including social media and online communities, regardless of platform.

The agency added, "We will continue to respond firmly with a zero-tolerance policy toward all illegal acts that infringe on the artists' rights, and we will do our utmost to protect the artists and prevent similar harm from recurring."

Big Hit Music said it is collecting evidence related to posts on both domestic and international platforms, and urged fans to actively submit reports.

TXT to kick off world tour in November

Meanwhile, Tomorrow X Together will hold performances for their new world tour "Steal the Wind" at KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul, from Nov. 13 to 15.

The tour name "Steal the Wind" captures the idea of seizing the momentum — a phrase that reflects the five members' resolve to lead the flow and press forward no matter the circumstances.

Starting in Seoul, Tomorrow X Together plans to extend the tour across Asia, North America and Europe.

Tomorrow X Together is a five-member multinational boy group that debuted in March 2019 and is marking its seventh anniversary this year. The members are Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai, and the group has earned a strong following for its vocals, rap, dance and stage performances.

Tomorrow X Together is also set to appear at Weconfe India in New Delhi in March next year, alongside Enhypen, Le Sserafim and Hwasa.
