Geumgang Housing announced Thursday that Eco Delta City Geumgang Pentherium Eco River, its residential development at Joint Block 6 in Busan's Gangseo-gu Eco Delta City district, will open a model home Friday and launch pre-sales in earnest.
The complex sits along Eco Boulevard, giving it strong accessibility within Eco Delta City. Several schools are planned or already operating nearby — including Garak Elementary (planned), Garak Middle School and Eco 3 High School (planned) — making the area well suited for families.
Residents will have convenient access to the commercial facilities and lifestyle infrastructure already established in the neighboring Myeongji Ocean City and Myeongji International New Town areas. The complex also borders the Seonak River waterfront, and select units will offer unobstructed river views.
All units feature a four-bay flat-plate layout designed to maximize natural light and ventilation. Each home includes generous storage space in the form of a kitchen pantry, a utility room and a walk-in closet.
Ceiling heights are set at 2.5 meters for ground-floor units and 2.4 meters for units on the second floor and above to enhance the sense of openness.
"Eco Delta City combines future value as a national smart city with the affordability of price-cap pre-sales," a company official said. "Word has spread that the project focuses on smaller unit types that are highly popular among end-users, and we are seeing a steady stream of inquiries from people in aging apartments in western Busan who are looking to move into newer housing."
Eco Delta City Geumgang Pentherium Eco River will comprise six buildings ranging from two below-ground floors to a maximum of 18 above-ground floors, for a total of 358 units. All units follow a single floor plan of 59 square meters of dedicated space, a size that tends to draw strong demand from end-users.
The down payment has been set at 5 percent of the purchase price to ease the initial financial burden. The model home is located in the Myeongji-dong area of Gangseo-gu, Busan.
