Fruit sets sent to senior centers at 85 managed complexes nationwide

Boo Young Group announced Wednesday that it will distribute holiday gifts to senior centers at its apartment complexes nationwide and to employees of partner companies in celebration of Chuseok.

The group said it will deliver 233 fruit gift sets to senior centers at 85 managed apartment complexes across the country, and food sets to a total of 3,435 people — including building management office staff and workers from security, cleaning and other service contractors.

"We prepared these small tokens to wish good health to the elders who have led our local communities, and to express our gratitude to the partner company employees who quietly work hard on the front lines," a Boo Young Group official said.

The group has made a practice of sharing holiday gifts not only with its own executives and employees but also with apartment senior centers, partner companies, daycare centers and military units.

Boo Young Group has sustained a wide range of philanthropic activities — including donations of educational and cultural facilities, scholarship programs and disaster-relief contributions — accumulating 1.22 trillion won ($902 million) in social contribution to date. In recognition of those efforts, the group received the top residential welfare service award at The Herald Business's "Home I Want to Live In 2026" event held this month.
