People Power Party lawmaker Ko Dong-jin said his lecture series "Ko Dong-jin's Saturday Campus Season 3," covering topics including AI and leadership, wrapped up Saturday.

Ko shared insights on industry trends and leadership drawn from more than 40 years at Samsung Electronics with members of the public through the Saturday Campus program. The third season ran for five showings in total and included sessions on AI and semiconductors, two of the most widely discussed topics in recent months.

The lectures covered why AI and semiconductors are discussed together, the current state of AI and what society should prepare for, lessons from history, the nature of leadership, and the meaning of work and the future of youth.

At the closing ceremony, participants shared their impressions. "It was meaningful to listen to the lectures with my child on weekends and talk about a wide range of topics together," one attendee said. Another said the program felt like personalized mentoring because participants could ask Ko one-on-one questions directly through the e-class platform even after each session ended.

Ko plans to maintain ongoing communication with the young people he met through the series. Through a counseling service called "Ko Dong-jin's Worry Consultation," AI will respond to youth questions first, with Ko stepping in directly to provide additional explanations where needed.

"With each passing session, the enthusiastic response from residents reaffirmed their remarkable passion for learning and connection," Ko said. "I will continue to share knowledge and stay in dialogue with local residents, young people and as many others as possible through Ko Dong-jin's Saturday Campus."
