The 22nd Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (JIMFF), led by executive director Jang Hang-jun, unveiled the first lineup Tuesday for its signature music program, "One Summer Night with K-POP Concert Season 2."
The two-day concert runs Sept. 4 and 5 at the summer plaza of Jecheon Arts Center, bringing together some of South Korea's top musical acts for one of JIMFF's most anticipated programs.
According to the first lineup, FT Island and Crush — known for their distinctive musicality and emotive vocals — will take the stage Sept. 4. On Sept. 5, Monsta X, celebrated for their powerful performances and solid musicianship, will be joined by RESCENE, a next-generation K-pop group that gained wide attention after "LOVE ATTACK" surged in popularity through a reverse-charting phenomenon.
Alongside the lineup announcement, JIMFF opened early-bird ticket sales for "One Summer Night with K-POP Concert Season 2" at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Ticket prices vary by section: standing zone A–D at 60,000 won ($40), reserved seats at 50,000 won and standing zone E at 40,000 won. Early-bird tickets, offered at 40 percent off the regular price, are available on Melon Ticket from Tuesday at 2 p.m. through Monday.
General ticket sales open Aug. 4 at 2 p.m., when the second lineup will also be announced.
The 22nd Jecheon International Music & Film Festival runs Sept. 3 through Sept. 8 across Jecheon, North Chungcheong Province. This year's festival, held under the slogan "Fly Together," aims to bring together audiences and artists, film and music, and everyday life and art to share new experiences and inspiration.
"The Jecheon International Music & Film Festival is a celebration where film and music meet to create new joy — true to our identity of 'films finding their water, music finding its wind,'" executive director Jang said. "This year, we will reach audiences with an even wider range of works and programs, including the launch of a new international competition."
