AMCR, the company behind golfwear brand Amazingcree, said Wednesday it has been named to Forbes Korea's "2026 South Korea High-Growth Startup 50" list.
The ranking evaluates 3,384 companies registered with The VC, a domestic startup investment database, based on total investment raised, sales, and average growth rates in sales and headcount over the past three years. AMCR placed among the top 50 — representing the top 1.4 percent of all evaluated companies — and was listed in the e-commerce and retail category, one of eight sectors covered by the ranking.
Amazingcree targets the high-end golf lifestyle segment and has built its position in South Korea's premium golfwear market on the strength of products that combine performance and design.
AMCR is using the recognition to highlight the brand's growth momentum while pressing ahead with its global expansion. Amazingcree operates stores in China, Thailand, the Philippines and Canada, and this year opened its first directly managed store at Omotesando Hills in Tokyo.
"Being selected for the '2026 South Korea High-Growth Startup 50' is a meaningful achievement that reflects Amazingcree's growth trajectory," said In Ki-wan, chief executive of AMCR. "We will continue to pursue sustainable growth by strengthening our product competitiveness and expanding our global store network."
