GS Construction opened the show home for its Baekseok Signature Xi apartment complex on June 12, kicking off the full pre-sale schedule for the project.
Located in Baekseok-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Baekseok Signature Xi is a large-scale residential complex offering proximity to the Samsung industrial belt as well as the lifestyle amenities of the Buldang district.
The show home features units with exclusive use areas of 84 square meters (Type A) and 99 square meters. The 84-square-meter unit adopts a four-bay flat-slab layout and includes a pantry, dressing room and flex room. The 99-square-meter unit features a 4.5-bay layout with two pantries and a large dressing room, maximizing storage space.
All units will feature four- to 4.5-bay cross-ventilation layouts with pantries, dressing rooms and other storage-focused designs, while glass railings enhance the sense of openness.
Community amenities within the complex will include a fitness center, sauna, café lounge, indoor golf practice range, screen golf facility, study room, mini library and guesthouse. A residents-only sky lounge is also planned for the 28th floor — the top floor of Building 101.
Developed through the Baekseok District 5 urban development project, the complex will comprise 13 buildings rising up to 28 above-ground floors over two below-ground levels, with exclusive use areas ranging from 59 to 115 square meters across 1,174 units in total. All units are available for general pre-sale, broken down as follows: 50 units at 59 square meters, 27 at 63 square meters, 196 at 74 square meters, 819 at 84 square meters, 78 at 99 square meters and four at 115 square meters.
The apartment subscription schedule opens Monday with special supply applications, followed by first-priority subscriptions Tuesday and second-priority Wednesday. Winners will be announced June 23 for the first sub-complex and June 24 for the second, with formal contracts running over three days from July 6 to July 8.
The complex sits outside regulated zones, meaning no restrictions apply on re-subscription, resale or mandatory residency periods. The down payment is set at 10 percent of the pre-sale price, with a fixed initial deposit of 5 million won (approximately $3,290).
Nearby lifestyle amenities include Costco, E-mart, Galleria department store and Cheonan City Hall, with convenient access to the Cheonan interchange and KTX and SRT services at Cheonan-Asan Station. Handeul Elementary School, Hwanseo Elementary School and Hwanseo Middle School are all within walking distance, and the Baekseok and Buldang hagwon districts are easily accessible. Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDI and Samsung Display, along with Cheonan's Second, Third and Fourth General Industrial Complexes, are also nearby, reinforcing the complex's live-work appeal.
The Baekseok Signature Xi show home is located in Buldang-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan. Move-in is scheduled for September 2029.
