The Korea Food Industry Association's executive recommendation committee announced Monday that it is accepting applications for executive director through June 29.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications: expertise and experience in the food or agriculture sector, organizational management experience and capability, a reform-oriented mindset and drive, sound ethical standards including integrity and moral character, and other professional competencies suited to the role.

Required documents include an application form, personal statement, job performance plan, personal information consent form, final academic transcript, career certificate, relevant licenses and other supporting materials. The deadline is 11 a.m. on June 29. Applications must be submitted in person or by mail to the association's management planning office and must arrive by the deadline to be accepted.

The executive director will be appointed after the recommendation committee conducts document screening and interviews, with the final candidate then subject to approval by the board of directors.
