The Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education will host a tailored college admissions seminar — "2027 Academic Year Early Admissions Application Strategy Session" — at the auditorium of Daeryun High School on Saturday at 2 p.m., targeting students, parents and teachers, the office announced Friday.

The seminar will feature active college counseling specialists presenting the latest authoritative admissions information based on results from the College Scholastic Ability Test mock exam administered June 4.

A Daegu-based college counseling specialist will open the session with an analysis of the June CSAT mock exam results, covering score distributions, subject-area characteristics and strategies for building an early admissions application plan.

Following the presentation, attendees may freely ask questions about admissions strategies in a Q&A session, with speakers responding directly.

No advance registration is required. Walk-in registration opens at the venue at 1:30 p.m. that day, and the event is open to all.

Daegu Superintendent of Education Kang Eun-hee said she hoped the session would serve as "a practical milestone for gaining a deeper understanding of each university's admissions structure and building a tailored early admissions strategy suited to one's aptitude and career goals."
