Korea Investment Trust Management announced Friday it is recruiting the second cohort of its "ACE ETF College Supporters" program. Applications are open through June 30.

The program is open to college students — including those on a leave of absence — living in South Korea who are interested in social media management and video production. Students scheduled to begin the second semester of their senior year in the second half of this year are not eligible.

Application forms are available on the official ACE ETF website. The company plans to select 20 participants through document screening and interviews. A launch ceremony for the cohort is scheduled for July 22.

The program runs for approximately five months from the launch ceremony through December. During that period, supporters will carry out a range of online and offline activities to promote the ACE ETF brand. All participants will receive a stipend and a welcome kit, while top teams and standout individuals will be exempt from the document screening stage when applying for the company's open recruitment of new employees.

Korea Investment Trust Management has also arranged dedicated activities for supporters, including executive lectures and mentoring sessions with working-level staff. Through these, participants can deepen their understanding of the asset management industry and the ETF market, and receive career mentoring for jobs in the financial sector.

"We expect the second cohort, like the first, to breathe new energy into ACE ETF," a company official said. "We hope this becomes an opportunity for passionate college students to bring their ideas to life while exploring their career paths through direct and indirect exposure to the day-to-day work of an asset management firm."

The first cohort was selected in September last year and concluded its activities in February, having promoted ACE ETF through various online and offline channels over roughly five months. Notable activities included campus outreach events at Sogang University and Kyung Hee University, as well as a volunteer service in January. A total of five participants named as top performers received prize money along with an exemption from the document screening stage for Korea Investment Trust Management's open recruitment.
