Hyundai Elevator announced Friday that it held its "2026 H-Family Day" event, inviting employees' family members to tour the company's workplace.

The event runs in two sessions at the Smart Campus in Chungju — the first on Thursday and the second on June 18. The first session was designed for employees' parents, while the second is intended for their children. A total of 18 families were selected by lottery from among those who applied in advance.

The theme of this year's event is "My Workplace, Shared with Family." The first session, held for parents, opened with a welcome performance by the Orrak Choir — a choir made up of employees with disabilities — followed by a series of hands-on programs.

Participants toured the company's advanced manufacturing factory, which operates at roughly 80 percent automation, rode the world's fastest elevator and visited the showroom. The activities gave parents an up-close look at the Smart Campus where their children work and a firsthand sense of daily life there.

The event also set aside time for family members to express gratitude to one another. Attendees wrote thank-you cards, and video messages recorded by employees for their parents were screened at the venue.

The second session, scheduled for June 18, will focus on "experience, fun and connection," with programs tailored to children. Hyundai Elevator plans to present certificates of appreciation to parents and honorary employee cards to children as a token of thanks for their families' support.

"A family's understanding and support will be the foundation of an employee's stability and sense of pride," a Hyundai Elevator official said. "We will continue to develop a wider range of programs to build a workplace culture where people genuinely want to work."

Meanwhile, Hyundai Elevator has been pursuing a range of initiatives to foster a healthy corporate culture, including hosting the "2026 Compliance Slogan Contest" in April under the theme of "Practicing Compliance and Social Responsibility."
