Motion bed, foam special mattress, topper among products on offer

Brand expands online reach after department store pop-up run

N32, the mattress brand under Simmons, will make its live commerce debut Wednesday, offering its motorized N32 Motion Bed through an online broadcast for the first time. The move extends the brand's sales reach beyond its department store pop-up strategy into digital channels.

N32 said Wednesday it will sell its key products for one hour starting at 8 p.m. through SSG.com's live commerce channel SSG.LIVE.

The broadcast will feature the N32 Motion Bed alongside online-exclusive products — the N32 Foam Special Mattress, the N32 Regular Topper and the pet mattress N32 Jjokkomi. It marks the first time the N32 Motion Bed has been offered through a live broadcast.

N32 is Simmons' vegan mattress brand, launched to reflect the company's ESG management principles. The brand has recently expanded its identity under the slogan "Sleep N Recovery," positioning itself as a broader lifestyle brand encompassing sleep and rest.

This year, N32 has opened pop-up stores at Lotte Department Store's Jamsil branch, Shinsegae Department Store's main store and Hanam branch, and The Hyundai Seoul, steadily building its offline presence. The live broadcast represents an effort to strengthen its online sales channels following that pop-up campaign.

The N32 Motion Bed is designed to reflect modern lifestyle habits — reading, watching television and working in bed — beyond sleep alone. It is divided into five plates that can be adjusted to suit the user's posture and preferred sleep environment.

Safety features are also a focus. Every articulating surface is equipped with safety sensors that automatically activate a safety mode if a pinch hazard is detected. A stretch safety cover is also installed, making the bed suitable for households with pets or young children.

The N32 Foam Special Mattress uses breathable inner materials, plant-based fabric and high-elasticity patterned foam, and is compatible with the N32 Motion Bed. The company said the product meets eco-friendly certification standards, radon and thoron safety product certifications, and flame-retardant mattress production requirements, and has also earned UL GREENGUARD Gold certification.

To mark the broadcast, N32 is offering early-bird discount coupons, complimentary gifts, card billing discounts and interest-free installment plans. Customers who purchase products during the broadcast and those who participate in real-time engagement events will receive SSG Money, Shinsegae gift certificates and Twosome Place Americano gift cards.
