Jo Jae-ik passed away Sunday. He is survived by his wife Kim In-suk; sons Jo Seong-sik, chief executive of trading company Kensson, and Jo Beom-ja, head of newspaper production at The Herald Business; daughter Jo Hyeon-jeong; daughter-in-law Lee A-ri; and sons-in-law Jeong Cheol-u, sports editor at MHN Sports, and Kim Seon-ho. A family funeral service will be held, with the procession departing Tuesday at 8 a.m.

Jeong Byeong-jun passed away Sunday. He is survived by his son Jeong Sang-pil, a former reporter at the Gwangju Ilbo. The funeral is being held at Gurye Hospital Funeral Home in South Jeolla Province, with the procession departing Wednesday at 9 a.m. (061-783-4344)

Park Jong-hak, former chairman of the Korea Mechanical Construction Contractors Association, passed away Saturday at 1:25 p.m. at Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital. He is survived by his wife Jo Ok-hwan and children Park Sang-sun, Park Ju-hyeon and Park Su-hyeon. The procession departs Tuesday at 5 a.m. (02-2650-5121)
