DK Asia, one of South Korea's three largest real estate developers, is set to unveil what it bills as Incheon's premier wellness destination — a space where premium resort-style living, nature and culture converge in the heart of the city.
The company announced it will open the "Geomdan Rye Flower and Hwangto Twenty-ri Trail" and officially launch the "Royal Park City Limited383" future housing exhibition hall on Saturday. Celebratory events marking the opening will run from Saturday through June 28, spanning roughly one month.

The "Royal Park City Limited383" future housing exhibition hall, opening Saturday, distills DK Asia's vision for a new residential culture. Moving beyond the conventional model house focused on finishes and floor plans, the space lets visitors experience the complex's landscaping, community amenities and cultural programming in an immersive way.
As model houses in the pre-sale market have evolved into experiential spaces where prospective buyers can preview the surrounding environment and lifestyle on offer, DK Asia is linking the exhibition hall with the large-scale green infrastructure of the "Hwangto Twenty-ri Trail" to showcase a differentiated residential value to visitors.

The "Geomdan Rye Flower and Hwangto Twenty-ri Trail" covers approximately 138,000 square meters — roughly the size of 19 soccer fields — making it the largest of its kind in South Korea and the nation's first trail combining rye flower fields with a clay earth path. The trail is divided into five themed courses: love, happiness, healing, good fortune and hope.
A high-permeability surface treatment was applied so that the clay earth does not cling to bare feet even immediately after rain, allowing visitors to enjoy barefoot walking in comfort. At the end of the trail, a foot-care zone — the largest in South Korea, accommodating more than 30 people at once — gives families and neighbors a place to rest and unwind together.

A lineup of cultural events is also planned. On Saturday, the official opening day of the future housing exhibition hall, a special concert tied to the "2026 Royal Garden Festival" — a signature Incheon cultural event organized by OBSW — will be held. Opening with a grand taiko drum performance, the evening will feature fireworks and sets by top singers including Jeong Dong-ha, Kim Jeong-min, Jo Jeong-min, Navi and Pairan.
Every Saturday during the event period, a "Totoro Party" — short for "Saturday, Saturday is with Royal Park City" — will offer families busking performances, magic shows, a Royal Train tour, barefoot walking, a treasure hunt and a variety of food stalls.

DK Asia Chairman Kim Jeong-mo said model houses have shifted from simply introducing residential products to spaces where visitors directly experience the lifestyle a brand stands for. "With the Geomdan district set to be officially established in July, we will develop this area into Incheon's top wellness destination through the expanded 'Geomdan Rye Flower and Hwangto Twenty-ri Trail' event this year and the future housing exhibition hall opening Saturday," he said.
Kim also outlined a longer-term vision. He said the company plans to build a waterfront city inspired by Cheonggyecheon and a 36-hole park golf course through the "Royal Park City Phase 2" project — a 16,800-unit residential development on a 2.6 million-square-meter site in the Incheon Geomdan district. "Building on our recent strategic financial partnership with Hana Bank, our global financial partner, we will complete Royal Park City as a world-class financial complex city that combines high-end residential living with global finance," he said.
