Monthly sales top 20,000 for the first time, up 60% from a year earlier

Samsung Electronics' Bespoke AI Steam robot vacuum has surpassed 20,000 units in monthly sales for the first time.

According to Samsung Electronics, one in three couples who purchased a newlywed home appliance package in May chose the Bespoke AI Steam. Sales of the model rose about 60 percent from a year earlier. The Bespoke AI Steam Ultra and Bespoke AI Steam Plus, launched in March, deliver up to 10W of suction power — as much as twice that of their predecessors.

The robots also feature a "Pop-Out Combo" function that cleans walls and corners thoroughly, addressing the blind spots long considered a weakness of conventional robot vacuums.

High-temperature steam at 100 degrees Celsius effectively eliminates harmful bacteria and odors from the mop surface, keeping floors hygienic after each cleaning cycle.

A new auto water supply and drainage model introduced this year reduces the hassle of manually filling and emptying the water tank, improving overall convenience.

The vacuum is equipped with Samsung's proprietary security solutions Knox Matrix and Knox Vault, giving customers peace of mind. It has also received the top Standard+ rating in the Internet of Things security certification program run by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency.
