As homebuyers continue to seek out complexes with strong transportation, education and lifestyle infrastructure, Doan Zai Centum Riche — a branded apartment complex in Daejeon's Doan new town — is now accepting first-come, first-served contracts.
Any person aged 19 or older may sign a contract regardless of whether they hold a housing subscription account or already own a home. Buyers can select their preferred building and unit number directly, and prior apartment subscription results have no bearing on eligibility.
The contract terms are also drawing attention. The complex applies a flat initial deposit of 10 million won (approximately $6,620), payable in three installments. The third installment is due in November, roughly five months after signing. Resale is also permitted before the interim payment stage.
To ease upfront costs for buyers, the developer is offering select options at no charge, including a three-panel automatic foyer door, Italian porcelain tiles and sheet paneling.
Doan Zai Centum Riche is a branded apartment complex in Phase 2 of the Doan new town development. It marks the first new supply in the Doan new town in roughly two years, drawing strong interest from local homebuyers.
On the transportation front, the planned Yonggye Station on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 — a tram line currently under development — will be within walking distance. Once operational, the line is expected to improve access to major residential and commercial areas across Daejeon.
The complex is also set to benefit from a developing educational environment. Plans are underway to build a new elementary school and high school nearby, with a middle school also in the works. Residents will eventually be able to reach all three school levels on foot.
Surrounding development projects are also progressing. A southwestern comprehensive sports complex is being built in the vicinity, and a central park spanning approximately 350,000 square meters is also planned for the area.
The Doan Zai Centum Riche model house is located in Yonggye-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Move-in is scheduled for October 2029 for Complex 1 and December 2029 for Complex 2.
