The subscription schedule runs from Sunday's special supply through Tuesday's first-priority round and Thursday's second-priority general supply. Winners will be announced June 10, with official contracts signed over three days from June 22 to June 24. Move-in is scheduled for June 2029.
The complex will rise on a site in Soyang-ro 1-ga, Chuncheon, with six below-ground floors and 29 above-ground floors, comprising 178 units all of a single exclusive use area of 84 square meters. Residents can access Chuncheon Station on the Gyeongchun Line, as well as the Chuncheon Express Bus Terminal, Chuncheon IC and local roads. The planned opening of the East-West High-Speed Railway is expected to further improve connectivity.
Meanwhile, a model house has been set up in Onui-dong, Chuncheon. According to the developer, roughly 5,000 people visited over the three days from its opening Friday through the weekend.
