Lotte announced Monday that it will launch its "predictable rolling recruitment" program Tuesday.
Twelve affiliates will take part in the drive, including Lotte Mart, Lotte Super, Lotte Engineering & Construction, Lotte World, Daehong Communications and Lotte Hi-Mart. The group will hire hundreds of new employees across more than 20 job categories, including merchandising, management support and marketing.
Lotte Mart, Lotte Super, Lotte Hi-Mart and Fujifilm Korea will select entry-level hires in merchandising and marketing through the "I'M" — short for "I'm Mania" — track, which evaluates candidates on practical job skills and professional vision. Academic grades and language test scores are excluded from the assessment criteria.
To coincide with the recruitment period, Lotte will hold its "2026 First-Half Lotte Job Cafe" career fair in Seoul on Tuesday and in Busan on Friday. The event will feature special sessions on three key topics: writing personal statements, aptitude assessments and interview preparation. All attendees will receive a "recruitment archive book" compiling interview accounts from current Lotte employees. Recruiters and staff from Lotte Department Store, Lotte Hotel and other affiliates will also be on hand for one-on-one consultations on hiring and job roles.
