Full room-rate points refund, The Park View dining vouchers among prizes up for grabs

Shilla Hotels & Resorts launched its first Black Friday promotion Friday, running through Nov. 19, the company announced. Shilla Rewards members can book rooms for the first half of next year at discounts of up to 28%.

Participating properties include Seoul Shilla Hotel, Jeju Shilla Hotel, Shilla Monogram Gangneung, Shilla Monogram Hanoi Westlake, Shilla Monogram Danang, and all Shilla Stay hotels except the Yancheng location. The promotion is open to customers who book through the official Shilla Hotels & Resorts website or mobile app.

Customers who make a reservation can enter a prize draw called The Lucky Draw. Through the draw, 20 winners will receive a full refund of their room rate in Shilla Rewards points, 10 will receive a two-person dining voucher for The Park View — the buffet restaurant at Seoul Shilla Hotel — and five will receive a Shilla duvet set from The Shilla Shop.

Customers who stay four or more nights on a Black Friday package will receive a trial of Shilla Rewards Gold status, valid from July through December next year. Gold is the second-highest membership tier, allowing members to earn 4 percent of room charges and 1.5 percent of dining charges back as points, along with a 5 percent discount at food and beverage outlets and a room upgrade coupon.

First-time bookers at domestic Shilla Monogram and Shilla Stay properties through the official website or app will also receive a 10,000-point coupon redeemable at the time of package payment.
