Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas is launching "Holiday To Go," a service that lets customers enjoy dishes prepared by the hotel's master chef at home, timed for the year-end holiday party season.

Holiday To Go is the hotel's signature year-end offering, drawing a repurchase rate of more than 60 percent annually. Designed to serve six to seven adults, the set is suited for family gatherings and home parties. Customers choose one of three main courses — turkey, pork ribs or prime galbi — and each set comes with side dishes, salad and sauces to take the hassle out of party preparation.

The turkey, a centerpiece of any holiday table, is brined for 48 hours in Chojeong natural sparkling water using the hotel's patented curing method, then oven-roasted to yield tender, juicy meat with a clean finish. Cranberry sauce and giblet sauce are included to add layers of flavor.

The pork ribs are slow-roasted and finished with a glaze and a house barbecue sauce that strikes a balance between sweet and savory. The prime galbi features thick-cut ribs with rich marbling and a deep, nutty aroma that deliver both a tender texture and full-bodied flavor. Both cuts are available in full or half sizes depending on the number of guests.

Every set includes 12 side dishes and a caprese salad. The sides span kabocha squash cheese gnocchi, braised kabocha squash with dried fruit, garlic sausage, roll sausage, sweet potato, corn, apple, asparagus, king oyster mushroom, sun-dried tomato, pineapple and mini bell pepper — a spread designed to balance flavor and color on the party table.

Holiday To Go is priced at 550,000 won ($410) for the turkey, 450,000 won for the pork ribs, 750,000 won for the full-size prime galbi and 500,000 won for the half-size. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance through Mercato 521 by phone, Naver Reservations or CatchTable.
