Promotion covers 5 coastal cities and counties in North Gyeongsang Province
Daily first-come, first-served coupons available through Nov. 30
A promotion offering discounts of up to 30,000 won ($22) on accommodations across five cities and counties along the North Gyeongsang Province coast is now underway. Coupons will be distributed daily on a first-come, first-served basis through Nov. 30 to ease the cost of winter travel.
Travel and leisure platform Yeogi Eottae announced Tuesday that it is running an accommodation discount festival targeting five areas in North Gyeongsang Province, tailored for travelers heading to the East Sea coast in winter.
Yeogi Eottae will distribute discount coupons of up to 30,000 won valid at properties in Pohang, Gyeongju, Yeongdeok-gun, Uljin-gun and Ulleung-gun through Nov. 30. Coupons will be issued daily starting at 10 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis and must be used by 9:59 a.m. the following day. They are valid only at accommodations marked with a "North Gyeongsang East Coast SALE" badge, and guests must check in by Dec. 13.
The Yeogi Eottae app will also feature recommended travel itineraries for each of the participating areas. Highlighted attractions include Pohang Skywalk, Gampo Port in Gyeongju, Goraebul Beach in Yeongdeok, Mangyangjeon Sunrise Park in Uljin and Gwaneumdo in Ulleung — all offering views of the East Sea.
"We have brought together accommodation deals across five of North Gyeongsang Province's top winter destinations on the East Sea coast," said Kang Hui-gyeong, head of Yeogi Eottae's affiliate marketing strategy team. "We hope travelers will use the discount coupons alongside our recommended itineraries to plan their East Sea trip."
