KT Estate will supply Namchuncheon Centreville, a 264-unit residential complex rising up to 39 stories, in Hyoja-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. The complex will feature AI-based residential services and a sky lounge on the top floor.

The company announced the project Thursday.

Namchuncheon Centreville is a mixed-use residential complex spanning six below-ground floors and 39 above-ground floors, with a total of 264 units. Units will come in exclusive use areas of 59 square meters and 84 square meters, with Dongbu Construction handling construction.

The complex offers convenient access to ITX Namchuncheon Station, the Chuncheon Interchange and the Chuncheon Express Bus Terminal. Hypermarkets, cultural facilities and medical services are located nearby, as are the waterfront parks along Yaksa Stream, Gongji Stream and Lake Uiam.

The 39th floor — the complex's top level — will house a sky lounge called Cloud 9, designed to offer views of Lake Uiam and the Chuncheon city center. The lounge will also provide access to KT Millie's Library, KT Group's digital reading platform.

Community amenities will include a guesthouse and a fitness center equipped with Technogym exercise machines.

Select units will feature a four-bay cross-ventilation layout, with walk-in closets and wide powder rooms to maximize storage space.

KT Estate plans to develop Namchuncheon Centreville as an AI-powered residential complex. Residents will be able to access a range of residential services via smartphone through an integrated AI platform, and the complex will introduce barista robots and luggage-delivery robots.

"Namchuncheon Centreville is a residential development project that combines KT Estate's development expertise and KT Group's AI capabilities with the strength of its location," said Yoo Cheol-ho, head of KT Estate's development division. "We will continue to raise the quality of the product so that residents can enjoy a convenient living experience."

KT Estate completed pre-sales of Youngtong Station Woomi Lin this year and plans to expand its residential business with the launch of Namchuncheon Centreville.

A model home will open Friday in the Seoksa-dong area of Chuncheon.
