Samsung Electronics said its high-bandwidth memory supply for next year is already sold out.

Kim Jae-jun, executive vice president and head of Samsung Electronics' memory strategy and marketing division, said during the company's third-quarter earnings conference call Thursday that supply negotiations for 2027 HBM had been completed at target prices and the allocation was already sold out, amid strong market reception for the company's HBM products.

Kim added that major customers continue to submit requests for additional HBM supply, underscoring the sustained strength of demand.

Kim also said Samsung's HBM market share has risen to a level on par with its overall DRAM market share of around 40 percent.
