Free training open to 250 executives and staff from member companies nationwide
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced Thursday that it will hold its "Second-Half 2026 Member Company Housing Business Practical Training" session on Wednesday at Seoul Women's Plaza in Daebang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, open to executives and staff from member companies nationwide.
Designed to address the rapidly shifting housing market environment, the session will cover the key contents of the Aug. 3 tax reform proposal and its impact and outlook on the housing market, real estate policy and housing market trend analysis, guidance on project financing information platform credit support, and the future of the housing business in the age of AI transformation.
Association President Kim Seong-eun said the training was organized to offer practical solutions to member companies grappling with tax reform and market changes, and to help them proactively adapt to the new paradigm of the AI era. "We will continue to expand tailored practical training programs that help improve the management environment and strengthen the capabilities of our member companies," Kim added.
The session is free and open to the first 250 executives and staff from member companies to register. Those wishing to apply may do so online through the Korea Housing Builders Association's training center website.
Meanwhile, the association has been working to revitalize the construction sector — most recently signing a mutual cooperation MOU on Oct. 8 at the headquarters of Kyongnam Bank with six regional banks — Kyongnam Bank, Jeonbuk Bank, Gwangju Bank, Jeju Bank, iM Bank and Busan Bank — as well as guarantee institutions HUG and HF, aimed at promoting balanced regional development and overcoming the crisis of local population decline.
