A three-day outdoor wellness festival offering yoga, running, sauna sessions and other physical activities is set to open this weekend, giving visitors a chance to recharge and restore balance through a mix of hot spring relaxation and outdoor programming.

Paradise Spa Dogo announced it will partner with outdoor brand Highbrow to hold the wellness-focused outdoor festival "Haape Hwahaphae" at Cabin Park in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, from Friday through Sunday.

The festival makes use of Cabin Park's outdoor spaces to bring together wellness programs aimed at supporting physical health and a range of cultural activities.

Physical activity programs during the festival include running, acro yoga — a partner-based practice focused on balance — and barre, a full-body workout drawing on ballet movements. Rounding out the lineup are handpan performances, featuring the disc-shaped percussion instrument, and sauna sessions designed to ease tension in both body and mind.

Cultural programming open to all visitors will also run throughout the event. Guests can attend performances and browse a flea market on the festival grounds regardless of whether they are staying overnight.

"This festival was designed to help people find a healthy balance in life by clearing their minds and bodies in nature," a Paradise Spa Dogo official said. "We hope visitors will enjoy a truly memorable autumn retreat through the diverse wellness and cultural programs we have prepared in collaboration with outdoor brand Highbrow."
