The Korea Military Mutual Aid Association announced Friday it has finalized the selection of 18 domestic blind fund managers for 2026.

The association will commit 300 billion won ($224 million) in total — 200 billion won to private equity and 100 billion won to venture capital. The selection process began with a request for proposals in late July and proceeded through presentation evaluations, a review committee assessment and due diligence on each manager before the final lineup was confirmed.

The eight PE managers chosen are VIG Partners, Arc & Partners, Affirma Capital, Woori PE Asset Management, Ineas Private Equity, J&N Private Equity, KL&Partners and Keystone Private Equity.

The 10 VC managers selected are Mirae Asset Venture Investment, IMM Investment, AJU IB Investment, Almus Investment, SBVA, LB Investment, Wonik Investment Partners, KB Securities-Ecopro Partners, Partners Investment and Premier Partners.

The association plans to commit between 20 billion won and 30 billion won per PE fund, with a minimum fund size of 100 billion won. For VC funds, it will commit 10 billion won per fund, with a minimum fund size of 50 billion won.

Meanwhile, the association reported total assets of 24.94 trillion won as of June this year. Operating profit reached 663.8 billion won and net profit for the period came to 343.1 billion won, up 22.6 percent and 52.9 percent, respectively, from the same period a year earlier.
