The Job Plus Center at Keimyung College ran its "Interview Master Plan" program for third-year students at Sangseo High School in Daegu on Sept. 18, holding sessions in the school's conference room.

During the mock interview exercises, students answered not only standard questions but also in-depth and applied questions, simulating conditions close to an actual job interview.

Participants received on-the-spot coaching focused particularly on speaking posture, eye contact, response pace and delivery, with instructors helping them address weak points in real time.

After the mock interviews, each student received one-on-one feedback covering overall interview demeanor and the quality of their answers.

Students identified their strengths and areas for improvement, refined their responses, and built the adaptability and confidence needed for real job interviews.

Kim Jae-hyun, director of the Job Plus Center, said the center would continue to expand hands-on, tailored employment support programs developed in partnership with schools and industry. "We will keep expanding these programs so students can take on job-hunting challenges with confidence," he said.
