The grand opening ceremony of the Nowon-gu Adventure Theme Park Jump

Nowon-gu District Mayor Seo Jun-o attended the grand opening ceremony of the Nowon-gu Adventure Theme Park Jump on Friday afternoon at the facility's outdoor parking lot.

About 200 people attended the event, including National Assembly member Woo Won-shik, city and district council members, education and sports and tourism officials, and local residents. The ceremony included an opening, introduction of guests, remarks by the district mayor, congratulatory speeches by key attendees, a ribbon-cutting and a commemorative photo session.

After the opening ceremony, Seo toured the newly opened Ride Zone and personally test-drove the "Battle Drift Kart," checking on facility operations and safety measures.

Jump is the country's largest indoor multi-activity complex, spanning a total floor area of 8,612 square meters across two above-ground floors and divided into six zones — including a Ride Zone, Adventure Zone and Survival Zone. With the official opening, the Ride Zone debuted two new attractions: "Battle Drift Kart," featuring Asia's largest indoor kart track, and "Sky Glider," a 210-meter course.

"We have finally been able to unveil in its complete form a facility that was nearly an ambitious undertaking for a basic local government in terms of scale and content," District Mayor Seo said. "I hope Jump will establish itself as Nowon's signature experience space where everyone can enjoy it safely and with fun."
