Minardi M193, Benetton B199 and other formula cars on display
14 limited-edition goods including themed food and keyrings also available
Everland, operated by Samsung C&T's resort division, announced Monday it will host "Final Lap," a motorsports-themed event featuring exhibitions and hands-on experiences, from Sept. 18 through Oct. 31.
The outdoor plaza at Global Fair will display two formula cars that actually competed on F1 circuits — the Minardi M193 and the Benetton B199 — on loan from Samsung Fire's Mobility Museum.
Racing flags and a podium will be set up to recreate the atmosphere of a real racing venue. Three racing cars wrapped in Everland character designs will also be on display.
Inside the Butterfly Experience Center, an O-NE Super Race Championship experience zone sponsored by CJ Logistics will let visitors complete a steering-wheel racing game, climb onto a podium and take commemorative photos.
A racing simulator equipped with a Logitech G steering wheel and pedals will let visitors speed around a circuit as if driving a real racing car and challenge for lap-time records. A costume experience will also be available, where guests can put on a racing suit and helmet for photos.
Visitors who complete missions — including following Everland on social media and finishing the racing game — can win tickets to the 2026 O-NE Super Race Championship finale, to be held in October at Speedway, a premier motorsports venue in Korea, along with exclusive goods.
A History Museum created in partnership with the Korea Automobile Racing Association will trace the milestones and historic moments of Korean motorsports through vivid photographs.
Fantastic Tea Cafe will offer a range of motorsports-inspired menu items, including racing-track churros, energy gold brew coffee and an energy boost ade.
