Sixth overall selection since first honor in 2020
Company is hiring experienced engineers for key roles
ASML Korea, the Korean unit of the world's largest lithography equipment maker ASML, announced Friday that it has been selected as one of the "2026 Korea's Best Job Creators," a designation overseen by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
ASML Korea has now made the list six times in total, having been selected five years in a row from 2022 to 2026 after first earning the honor in 2020. It is the only company to be named a "Korea's Best Job Creator" for five consecutive years.
The company was recognized for its sustained efforts to create quality jobs, improve working conditions and build cooperative relationships with local communities.
ASML Korea runs a range of support programs covering employees' health management, work-life balance and skills development.
The company supports employees' physical and emotional health through a health management program for shift workers as well as programs addressing sleep, burnout prevention and psychological recovery.
It also operates programs related to childbirth, child care and family caregiving. This year, it strengthened its family-friendly work environment by opening ASML's first in-house day care center worldwide at its Hwaseong campus.
In February, the company opened the Global Training Center Korea at its Hwaseong campus, equipped with DUV and EUV equipment, modules and a clean room, to strengthen the technical skills of its customer service engineers.
"Being named a 'Korea's Best Job Creator' for five consecutive years is a meaningful result that reflects recognition of our efforts to improve the working environment," said ASML Korea CEO Choi Han-jong. "As we are currently hiring experienced professionals mainly for key engineering roles, we hope to draw the interest and applications of diverse talent with experience in advanced technology and engineering."
