Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon speaks Thursday morning at the Seoul City Hall multipurpose hall in Jung-gu, unveiling the "G3 Seoul Plan." The initiative aims to elevate Seoul into a top-three global city and a metropolis renowned for quality of life. It comprises seven sector-specific subcommittees covering areas closely tied to residents' daily lives — including residential issues, transportation, the economy, youth and balanced development — along with three special subcommittees on overall vision and youth affairs.
