Lotte Outlet's Isiapolis and Yulha branches will run a "Fall Festa" through Sept. 20 to mark the fall season and chuseok, the outlets said Thursday. The event combines fall fashion sales with markets supporting local communities.

The "North Gyeongsang Province Specialty Products Fair" at the Yulha branch will continue through Sept. 24.

The Isiapolis branch will hold a fall fashion discount event called "Mega Shopping Week" at a special event hall on the first floor through Sept. 17.

Alongside shopping deals, the branch will also run customer participation events.

A pull-up bar competition will be held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 19 in the first-floor plaza, featuring a men's pull-up event and a women's flexed-arm hang event.

All participants will receive commemorative gifts, and winners in each category will get mobile gift certificates.

The Yulha branch will hold a series of sales events involving local farms and small business owners. Through Sunday, it will run the "Young Farmers Direct Trade Market" together with the Nonghyup Startup Farmer Support Center.

Ten farms run by graduates of the Nonghyup Young Farmers Academy and the Korea National University of Agriculture and Fisheries will take part, selling seasonal produce such as peaches, grapes and apples, along with omija (schisandra berry) juice and flowers. Food trucks will also operate at the venue, offering a variety of food options.

Then, through Sept. 24, the branch will hold the North Gyeongsang Province Specialty Products Fair together with the North Gyeongsang Province Small Business Cooperative.

The fair will offer chuseok gift items such as natural honey stick gift sets, red ginseng extract, tea and bite-sized yakgwa (honey cookies), along with North Gyeongsang Province specialties including Mungyeong jakdukong (sword bean) hand-made tofu and cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste), all at reasonable prices.

Details on discounts, gift criteria and how to register for the pull-up bar competition are available at each store and on the Lotte Department Store app.

"To mark the fall season, we have prepared both practical fashion shopping opportunities and events that support local farms and small business owners," said Choi Jong-hoon, manager of the Lotte Outlet Isiapolis branch. "We hope customers enjoy the abundant shopping benefits and various attractions at our Isiapolis and Yulha branches."
