Streaming service Wavve announced Thursday that it will introduce a "multiview" feature allowing viewers to watch multiple golf broadcasts at once, along with a real-time chat function.

The multiview feature splits the screen to let viewers watch several golf broadcasts simultaneously, making it possible to follow KLPGA and KPGA tour matches at the same time. Viewers can also place a special "field cam" broadcast — which follows a single player closely — alongside the main broadcast feed.

According to Wavve, the beta version of the service will launch with the KLPGA tour's KB Financial Group Golden Life Championship and the KPGA tour's 42nd Shinhan Donghae Open, both of which begin that day.

"We want to give viewers a new golf broadcast experience where they can choose the screen they want to watch and enjoy interacting with other viewers," a Wavve official said.
