District reviews compliance conditions and follow-up schedule after project implementation plan approval, with close oversight through ground-breaking
Gangnam-gu is pressing ahead with the reconstruction of Eunma Apartment.
The district held a progress meeting Wednesday at the Gangnam-gu Public Health Center to review follow-up procedures after the approval of the project implementation plan for the Eunma Apartment reconstruction project.
The meeting brought together the district's reconstruction project division, relevant departments, the Eunma Apartment Reconstruction Association and related contractors.
Participants reviewed compliance with each condition attached to the project implementation plan approval, upcoming action plans, key milestones, project schedules and coordination matters with relevant departments and agencies. They also shared major pending issues in advance and discussed response strategies to prevent delays in subsequent procedures.
The district said it intends to go beyond swiftly processing the project implementation plan approval and will continue to monitor compliance with conditions and key milestones after the approval. Through regular working-level progress meetings, the district will track the project's progress on an ongoing basis, resolve inter-agency coordination issues early and support a smooth path to ground-breaking.
Gangnam-gu District Mayor Kim Hyun-ki said reconstruction requires not only fast processing of permits and approvals but also diligent follow-through on every subsequent step. "Centered on the Gangnam Reconstruction Acceleration Task Force, we will carefully manage the entire process from approval to ground-breaking and take responsibility for ensuring the project proceeds without a hitch," he said.
