Information on 1,091 standard land parcels visualized on Smart Seoul Map and other platforms, allowing residents to instantly check land characteristics, price change rates and certified appraiser opinions
Gwangjin-gu has launched a "Neighborhood Standard Land Theme Map" service, giving residents easy online access to information on all 1,091 standard land parcels in the district.
Standard land parcels are plots that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport surveys, appraises and publicly announces each year, serving as the key benchmark local governments use to calculate individual publicly announced land prices.
Through the project, the district visualized data on all 1,091 standard land parcels on the Smart Seoul Map and the Gwangjin Integrated Map Service platforms.
The theme map lets users check each parcel's location alongside four categories of key real estate information: land characteristics, land price change rates, a list of individual parcels to which each standard land applies, and verification opinions from certified appraisers.
Previously, residents who wanted to check which standard land parcel was used to calculate their individual publicly announced land price had to contact the district office in person. The new map service allows them to look up that information online directly, which the district said will significantly improve administrative convenience.
"By making standard land information easy to understand, we aimed to greatly enhance the transparency and reliability of the publicly announced land price calculation process and strengthen residents' right to know," Gwangjin-gu District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho said. "We will continue to improve a range of smart administrative services so that residents can access the real estate information they need more conveniently."
