The University Job Plus Centers of Daegu University, Gyeongil University and Pohang University jointly held the "2026 SNS Marketing Instructor Certification Camp" at Mauna Ocean Resort in Gyeongju on Thursday and Friday.

The two-day camp was designed to strengthen the digital marketing skills of regional youth in line with the evolving new-media landscape and to build practical career competitiveness through social media content creation and collaboration.

About 30 participants attended, including students from Daegu University, Gyeongil University and Pohang University as well as other local youth.

The curriculum covered YouTube marketing trends, content planning and storytelling, smartphone-based video shooting and editing, and practical marketing strategies including search engine optimization for social media channels.

Participants worked in teams to plan and produce YouTube content, then refined their skills through hands-on clinics and a final presentation session.

Kim Jung-ho, head of Daegu University's employment support team, said the university would continue to expand extracurricular programs aimed at strengthening youth employment and entrepreneurship capabilities in line with the rapidly changing media environment.
