KREAM exclusive special pass unveiled at first-ever pop-up store
Early-bird benefits available at pop-up through Sunday
Special pass goes on official sale Monday; general tickets open Sept. 29
The G-Star Organizing Committee will open a pop-up store at Hyundai Department Store Pangyo in partnership with trading platform KREAM ahead of G-Star 2026 in November.
The committee announced Monday that it has teamed up with KREAM to host the pop-up store at the Pangyo location before the opening of G-Star 2026, South Korea's largest gaming show. G-Star 2026 is scheduled to run from Nov. 19 to Nov. 22 at BEXCO in Busan.
The committee plans to unveil a new "Special Pass" at the pop-up store. The initiative aims to preview collaborative content with KREAM and partners in mobility and webtoons, under the theme of expanding G-Star's reach beyond gaming.
As the first step in that effort, the committee will introduce the "G-Star 2026 Special Pass," which bundles a BTC admission ticket, a collaboration keyring and promotional card tied to the webtoon "Yumi's Cells," and a KREAM voucher.
To mark the official launch of the Special Pass, the committee will hold its first-ever pop-up store from Tuesday through Sunday on the fourth floor of Hyundai Department Store Pangyo's Iconic Square.
Visitors can purchase the KREAM exclusive collaboration Special Pass at an early-bird price of up to 33 percent off the regular price. Tickets are priced at 20,000 won ($15) for adults and 10,000 won for teenagers.
A range of hands-on programs will also be available. A Hyundai Motor sim-racing experience zone will offer an immersive blend of gaming and the automotive industry. Visitors will also get a first look at collaboration merchandise featuring "Yumi's Cells," the key visual partner for G-Star 2026, along with official G-Star goods. On-site events offering Special Passes and complimentary tickets will round out the program.
General BTC advance ticket sales will open Sept. 29 through the G-Star official website. Tickets will be sold exclusively through advance reservations, with prices unchanged from last year — 18,000 won for adults and 8,000 won for teenagers.
"By partnering with the trading platform KREAM, we are able to offer fans who have been waiting for G-Star an entirely new package," the committee said. "Starting with the Pangyo pop-up store next month — including the Hyundai Motor sim-racing experience zone — we will provide a rich lineup of entertainment all the way through to the main event in Busan in November."
