Product uses 'Na100%' raw milk; lactic acid culture and protein formula draw praise

Seoul Milk Cooperative announced Monday that its five-variety Greek yogurt brand "Farmers Greek" surpassed 1 million units in cumulative sales in roughly three months.

The product uses "Na100%" raw milk collected exclusively from Seoul Milk's dedicated farms — the first in South Korea to earn both a Grade 1 somatic cell count rating and a Grade 1A bacterial count rating. The line also incorporates the YO-Athena 4.0 strain, an authentic Greek lactic acid culture, and features a balanced protein formula and lactose-free (0% lactose) composition.

The lineup consists of an unsweetened plain variety (400g), a blueberry variety (400g), an unsweetened plain variety (150g) and a blueberry variety (150g). A pouch-format "Farmers Greek Fresh Blueberry" (120g) was added in July. The Na100% raw milk comes from farms certified under the low-carbon livestock program administered by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and carried out by the Korea Institute for Animal Products Quality Evaluation.
