ABC Mart announced Tuesday that it is supporting flood victims in Geoje, which was hit hard by recent heavy rainfall.

The company donated footwear worth 86 million won ($62,200) to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association. Some of the shoes will be delivered directly to displaced residents based on on-site needs in the Geoje area.

"We extend our deepest sympathies to the residents affected by the sudden heavy rains," an ABC Mart official said. "We will continue to provide whatever support is needed as the situation develops."
