Hana Financial Group, chaired by Ham Young-joo, has launched advance gallery ticket sales for the KLPGA Tour's Hana Financial Group Championship, set to run from Sept. 17 to 20 at The Heaven Country Club in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province. The tournament carries a total purse of 1.5 billion won ($1.07 million), with a winner's prize of 270 million won.

Now in its eighth edition, the Hana Financial Group Championship has maintained a purse of 1.5 billion won — the highest on the KLPGA regular tour — since its inaugural event in 2019. This year the tournament moves to The Heaven Country Club on Daebudo Island in Ansan, marking a new chapter for the event.

The field features a number of world-class players. Lydia Ko of New Zealand and Minjee Lee of Australia, both affiliated with Hana Financial Group, have confirmed their participation. Ko has 23 career LPGA Tour victories. Japanese sisters Iwai Aki and Iwai Chiji, who each claimed an LPGA Tour title last year, are also entered.

Further headliners include Celine Tseng of Taiwan, the former world No. 1 and the youngest player ever to win five major titles, along with defending champion Lee Da-yeon, a two-time winner of this event. Charawee Boonjan of Thailand, who made history this year by becoming the first Thai player to win on the KLPGA regular tour at the E1 Charity Open, is also among the players to watch.

Gallery tickets for on-site spectators are available through advance sales on Hana Bank's mobile app "Hana 1Q" until Sept. 16. Weekday single-day passes are priced at 20,000 won and weekend single-day passes at 30,000 won.

"As this is the first year the championship is being held at The Heaven Country Club in Ansan, we are putting every effort into delivering an even more polished event," a Hana Financial Group official said. "We invite golf fans to join us for an autumn golf festival featuring top-level competition from the world's best players and a wide range of entertainment."
