25 lots up for pre-sale; demand expected from corporate support and lifestyle convenience facilities
Twenty-five unsold support facility lots in the Jungheung and Samdong districts of the Yeosu Petrochemical National Industrial Complex will be offered for pre-sale through private contract, drawing on demand from the complex's surrounding area.
According to Yeosu city, the supply covers a total of 23 lots (9,712.8 square meters) in the Jungheung 2 district — comprising four production support facility sites and 19 welfare support facility sites — along with two welfare support facility lots (2,187.3 square meters) in the Samdong district.
The lots range in size from a minimum of 274 square meters to a maximum of 1,186.8 square meters, allowing buyers to select a plot suited to their industry and business scale.
Located adjacent to the Yeosu National Industrial Complex, the sites are intended for use as corporate support facilities, neighborhood living facilities, and commercial and convenience establishments targeting workers at the complex, with the move expected to expand amenities for industrial workers in the area.
Loan agreements with financial institutions will also be available to help cover pre-sale payments, easing the initial financial burden on buyers and improving investment access for businesses and operators with genuine demand.
Applications open Monday at Yeosu city hall and the Korea Industrial Complex Corp. and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. After submission, applicants will undergo a move-in screening before a pre-sale contract is signed with those who qualify.
Eligible industries and permitted uses must comply with the Yeosu National Industrial Complex Management Master Plan and the implementation plan for the Jungheung-Samdong district development project.
