iM Bank announced Sunday it is conducting an open recruitment drive for new employees in the second half of 2026, aimed at securing talent to lead the bank into what it calls the "hybrid finance" era.

The recruitment focuses on identifying candidates with digital mindsets and capabilities suited to a rapidly changing financial environment. Applications are accepted under three tracks: general, regional and specialist.

The general track is open to applicants regardless of region, while the regional track targets talent from Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province. The specialist track recruits candidates holding professional qualifications such as bar licenses or certified public accountant credentials.

Applications will be accepted through the iM Bank recruitment website until Aug. 29.

The recruitment is open to all applicants regardless of educational background or major, and will be conducted as a blind hiring process based on job competency.

The selection process consists of a document screening — which includes an AI competency assessment — followed by a written test, a first-round interview and a final interview. The bank plans to announce final successful candidates in October.

To evaluate applicants from multiple angles, iM Bank will administer an AI competency assessment during the hiring process, along with a Culture Fit Test to identify candidates who align with the bank's corporate culture.

"Through this 2026 new employee recruitment, we hope to attract many talented individuals with a digital mindset and diverse capabilities who will help drive iM Bank's management vision of becoming a 'New Hybrid Bank,'" said bank President Kang Jeong-hun.
