Coupang Inc posted an operating loss of 835 billion won ($584 million) in the second quarter, the largest quarterly loss since its 2021 stock market listing. The loss reflects a 624.7 billion won fine the Personal Information Protection Commission levied against the company. Excluding the fine, Coupang said its second-quarter operating loss would have stood at 219.2 billion won, with a net loss of 240.3 billion won.
