Microsoft reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $90 billion for the April–June period, up 18 percent from a year earlier, the company disclosed Wednesday (local time).
The result surpassed by a wide margin the $87.62 billion consensus estimate compiled by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
Earnings per share also came in at $4.74, beating analyst expectations of $4.24.
